Online shoe store Footway has entered into a two-year contract with Posti, which delivers shoes to consumers in Finland within 2-5 working days from order. The shoes come from Sweden.
Footway offers more than 600 brands and 30,000 models. If online shoe shopping seemed to be difficult a few years ago due to fitting, scarce selections and long delivery times, it is not anymore as Footway has removed these barriers together with Posti. The products are delivered free of charge with a 180-day cooling-off period. Return deliveries are also free of charge.
When a parcel has left Footway's warehouse in Sweden, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail. When it arrives at Posti's service point, the customer gets re-arrival notification via SMS and e-mail. With the My Pickup Point Service, the customer waiting for a parcel can determine the most convenient parcel pickup location.
