Summer at a meaningful job

With us, you get to work in one of the largest companies in Finland and see for yourself how our operations affect the everyday lives of millions of people. On average, we process one million parcels and about one million postal items every day, and we visit millions of households and businesses every day. We handle an average of one million parcels per week and visit around three million households and businesses weekly.

We want to create a safe and comfortable working atmosphere for all our employees. We invest in occupational safety, caring leadership and promote diversity in our work community. Many employees have come to work for the summer, but have decided to stay with us for a longer period of time.

Here you have an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience through interesting and varied tasks in the logistics sector. Your summer job could be early-morning delivery, mail delivery, driving a delivery van, or working in warehouses and terminals. We hire summer employees for our locations across Finland. Summer job positions will open throughout the spring.

Previous experience at Posti or in similar roles is an advantage, but ultimately, a positive and cheerful attitude is what matters most, as all our summer employees receive comprehensive training for their tasks. We value diversity, equality, and inclusion in our work community.
