Marja Mäkinen has been appointed Head of Investor Relations at Posti Group. She joins Posti from the equity research and investor communications company Inderes. Mäkinen has extensive experience in managing investor relations in several listed companies and as a consultant. Marja will report to Timo Karppinen, Posti Group's CFO.

"I am very happy to welcome Marja to work at Posti and join our professional finance team. With her strong experience, she will be able to build the investor relations function of our newly listed company," Karppinen says.

Marja will start working at Posti on January 26, 2026.
