TRANSACTIONS OF MANAGERS

Managers (persons discharging managerial responsibilities) in Posti Group Corporation and persons closely associated with them referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, “MAR”) are requested to follow the below instructions for notifying transactions to Posti Group Corporation as of 10 October 2025. In this context, Posti Group Corporation's managers include the members of the Board of Directors, the President and CEO, the CFO, and the head of each of the four business groups. The manager is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Posti Group Corporation and their closely associated persons must report their transactions with Posti's financial instruments to Posti and the Financial Supervisory Authority after the total amount of EUR 20,000 has been reached during the calendar year.

PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

a) a spouse, or a partner considered to be equivalent to a spouse in accordance with national law;

b) a dependent child;

c) a relative who has shared the same household for at least one year on the date of the transaction concerned; and

d) a legal person, trust or partnership, the managerial responsibilities of which are discharged by a person discharging managerial responsibilities or by a person referred to in point (a), (b) or (c), which is directly or indirectly controlled by such a person, which is set up for the benefit of such a person, or the economic interests of which are substantially equivalent to those of such a person.

Notify persons associated with you of their obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation in writing and keep a copy of the notification.

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS TO THE FIN-FSA

The notifications shall be made to Posti Group Corporation and the FIN-FSA promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE TRANSACTION NOTIFICATION FORM

The transaction is notified to Posti by email: Save the notification you have made in the service as a PDF file before sending it to the Financial Supervisory Authority and send it as an email attachment to investors@posti.com. In the email, also provide the phone number where you can be reached if Posti has any questions about the notification.
