Posti’s Leadership Team assists the President and CEO in the Group’s operative management. It also prepares and considers matters for consideration by the Board of Directors. The most essential matters considered in the Leadership Team are the Group’s strategy and annual planning, business and sales planning and follow-up, business acquisitions and other business-related investments and plans, including future competence, technology and offering planning.
