Stakeholder Relations
Posti maintains close contact with a wide range of stakeholders through ongoing dialogue and cooperation. Regular interaction is important for us to recognize the needs of different stakeholders and to meet their expectations. We also want to provide our stakeholders with up-to-date information about Posti as a company and about our operating environment, which is undergoing significant transformation due to factors such as geopolitics, digitalization, and climate change. The goal of our stakeholder cooperation is to support Posti’s regulatory and operational environment and to strengthen the development of Posti’s societal impact.
Posti influences decision-making through direct dialogue with policymakers, active participation in industry organizations, and engagement in public discussion. Posti does not make direct or indirect donations to political parties or related purposes. Posti is registered in the EU Transparency Register (ID 231418115347-05) and in the Finnish Transparency Register (registration number POS-24-165-R).
Stakeholder Advisory Council
Since September 2025, Posti has had a Stakeholder Advisory Council. Its purpose is to maintain and promote dialogue between the company and its key stakeholders. The Advisory Council monitors and supports Posti's business operations and engages in discussions with the company’s executive management and Board of Directors on matters related to Posti’s activities and development. The composition of the Advisory Council is decided by Posti’s Board of Directors.
Members of the Stakeholder Advisory Council receive a meeting fee. The meeting fee is 800 euros for the Chair, 600 euros for the Vice Chair, and 500 euros for other members per meeting. In 2025, the Advisory Council met twice.
The Stakeholder Advisory Council consists of representatives appointed by Posti’s Board of Directors. In 2026, the members of the Advisory Council are:
