    Opportunities for students and graduates

    We offer a wide range of opportunities for students and graduates to grow and develop. We collaborate with universities and educational institutions in a variety of ways: we attend lectures, invite students to visit us, collaborate on projects, and offer case assigments to be solved in courses. Several bachelor's and master's theses are written annually in different business units in Posti. Often, thesis cooperation starts with internship or summer work. In addition, every year we offer future makers thousands of summer and seasonal positions, as well as various internships.

      Cybersecurity students of the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences were given the interesting task of investigating the vulnerability of Posti’s parcel lockers.

      From ice hockey player to recruiter at Posti

      Posti recruiter Oskari Uomala began business administration studies at Haaga-Helia through the Open Path. Years of playing ice hockey and a break from studying created special expectations for returning to education.

      Hanken student and Posti launch an app-based storage service

      A new way to store your things: pack at home, schedule pickup through an app, and have them delivered back whenever you need. This innovative service has been created by Hanken student Axel Aarnio and his co-founder Mikael Mauranen, in collaboration with Posti and Hanken Business Lab.

      Peer learning strengthens professional development and provides new perspectives

      Kalle Thessler is a former growth entrepreneur and currently works in sales management at Posti. He has held various roles in the business world and has continuously sought new ways to develop and expand his skills.
