Paula Viikari has been appointed as Wellbeing Director at Posti


Paula Viikari has been appointed as Wellbeing Director at Posti Group. She joins Posti from Valio, where she has had a long career in competence development and well-being at work, and as a plant manager, among other things. At Posti, she will be responsible for the long-term development of well-being at work and its measurement. She reports to Anna Salmi, who is responsible for People, Communications and Sustainability Unit and is a member of Posti Group's Leadership Team. Paula will start in the beginning of June 2024 at the latest.
