Anssi Heiliö (LL.M.) has been appointed as Director, Labour Relations at Posti Group. Among other things, he is responsible for labor union collaboration, co-operation and matters related to labour law and collective agreements, such as collective bargaining. Heiliö has worked at Posti since 2008. He reports to Anna Salmi, who is responsible for People, Communications and Sustainability Unit and is a member of Posti Group's Leadership Team.
