This Christmas, sending parcels, cards and letters abroad is easier, with connections back up except for 20 countries. That said, due to exceptional routes and limited transport capacity, shipments may still be subject to delays and flight schedules may change at a short notice. Last mailing dates: Outside Europe, Europe, the Nordic Region and the Baltic countries
Despite the improved connections, it’s a good idea to get a head start and send your Christmas greetings as early as possible.
Parcels as well as Priority cards and letters sent outside Europe must be sent by December 1 at the latest. Economy cards and letters sent outside Europe should be sent by November 24 at the latest.
Parcels as well as Priority cards and letters to Europe must be sent by December 8 at the latest. Economy cards and letters to Europe must be sent by December 1 at the latest.
Parcels as well as Priority cards and letters to the Nordic Region should be sent by December 14 at the latest (except for Denmark, December 7). Economy cards and letters to the Nordic Region should be sent by December 7 at the latest (except for Denmark, November 30).
Parcels and Priority cards and letters to the Baltic countries must be sent by December 16. Economy cards and letters to the Baltic countries must be sent by December 9.
The final dates may still change as we get a better idea of the flight connections and capacities in the period leading up to Christmas.
