Posti closes Aditro Logistics acquisition

Posti Group Corporation has today, April 2, 2020, completed the acquisition of Swedish logistics company Aditro Logistics AB. Posti announced on February 24, 2020, that it had signed an agreement on the acquisition of Aditro Logistics. The transaction was subject to customary competition clearance in Sweden, which has now been completed and approved.

Aditro Logistics is one of the leading contract logistics companies in the Nordics. The company offers a broad portfolio of logistics services such as warehousing, staffing and transportation services. Aditro Logistics has six warehouses in Sweden and one in Norway, with a total of approximately 230,000 m2 of storage space. In 2019, Aditro Logistics’ net sales totaled approximately EUR 100 million (approximately SEK 1,100 million), and the company has 1,100 full-time employees.

After the transaction, Aditro Logistics will be operated as a separate Business Group within Posti Group.
