Posti Group Corporation has signed a new EUR 150 million syndicated revolving credit facility with six Nordic banks. The new facility replaces the existing EUR 150 million facility and is intended for general corporate purposes. The facility has a tenor of 5 years and it has an option to extend the maturity with two years.
The Mandated Lead Arrangers are Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish branch, OP Corporate Bank plc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ). Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish branch acted as Coordinator and Agent.
