The Santa Claus’ Main Post Office serves locals and approximately 500,000 visitors every year. This fall, the post office, which has served the Arctic Circle since 1991, will receive a new, vibrant interior featuring Christmas themes. During the renovation from September 15 to November 4, 2018, customers will be served at the post office in the center of Rovaniemi at Koskikatu 1, 96100 ROVANIEMI. All parcels and other items requiring a signature that arrive to the residents at the Arctic Circle will be directed to the central post office.
Posti will be closed for the renovation starting from Friday, September 14, 2018 at 4 p.m. The mailbox located in front of Santa Claus’ Main Post Office on Tähtikuja will be available through the renovation period, and all of the items left in the box will receive the special Santa Claus’ Main Post Office postmark.
The Rovaniemi central Posti at Koskikatu 1, 96100 ROVANIEMI is open from Monday to Friday at 8 a.m.–8 p.m. and on Saturdays at 10 a.m.–3 p.m. The outlet is located in the Revontuli shopping center.
The renewed Santa Claus’ Main Post Office will reopen on Monday, November 5 at 10 a.m. After the renovation, Posti 96930 ARCTIC CIRCLE ROVANIEMI will be open as before, every day of the week from Monday to Sunday at 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

In Rovaniemi, Posti Parcel Lockers are available at K-Citymarket (Pulkamontie 1), S-market Revontuli (Koskikatu 27), Shopping Center Rinteenkulma (Koskikatu 25), K-Supermarket Kauppatori (Lapinkävijäntie 7), Prisma (Teollisuustie 2) and Tokmanni (Teollisuustie 13).
