Tommi Törmälä, 46, has been appointed as CEO of Flexo Palvelut Oy, the new joint venture of Posti and SOL, starting on May 22, 2017. Törmälä has made an impressive career in business and customer management. His previous roles include the director for Finnish operations at staffing company Adecco and COO at Manpower. Törmälä also has a proven track record in sales management, and before his new post, he headed the key account operations of Ilmarinen.

Juhapekka Joronen, SOL Services CEO, wants to welcome Tommi to his sunny team. Joronen says that Flexo will offer over 300 new jobs by the end of the year. In a few years, Flexo aims to offer thousands of new jobs. Joronen is satisfied with having a dedicated expert with strong personnel management skills in the lead.
