We will be carrying out maintenance of our web services from 4 p.m. on August 27 to 10 p.m.(EET) on August 28. During the downtime item tracking information and notices of arrival are not updated in the web service or the Posti mobile application. Helposti codes cannot be bought from the web either and parcels cannot be sent from parcel terminals during the downtime. Other Posti services will function normally.
Information will be updated by the morning of August 29, at which point all services will be available normally. The information already in the system before the maintenance downtime will be available during the downtime, i.e. item tracking data will function during the downtime with the data preceding the downtime and will be updated when the downtime has ended. Posti customer service has access only to the same information as the customers during the downtime.
