Posti's change of address notification online service will have an operating interruption on Saturday, March 19, from 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. During that time, the customer service number cannot accept change of address notifications either.
The service interruption is due to Posti's address information system being transferred to a new server environment.
Posti Customer Service, tel. 0200 71000 (mobile/local call charges apply) will again serve you as usual on Monday, March 21, for change of address notifications (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sat 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) The online service will be immediately available after the interruption.
