Itella Information and Nice-business Solutions have agreed on a business transfer where part of Itella Information's IT development work will be transferred to Nice. As part of the deal, a total of 29 specialists from Itella Information will become Nice's employees from October 1, 2009.
- I believe that through its convincing operating methods, Nice will be able to secure the continuity of our development work. Itella Information is growing extensively in Europe. The cooperation with Nice is a strategic choice for us, because we need more resources for our IT development work. At the same time, we want to focus on our core business ourselves, that is, solutions related to invoicing and financial administration services, says Heikki Länsisyrjä, from Itella Information.
Itella Information has already previously carried out cooperation with Nice.
