OpusCapita’s personnel negotiations concluded

OpusCapita announced a restructuring program on May 3, 2018, to strengthen the company´s finances. The aim of the program was to refocus OpusCapita´s internal resources to support continued investments in product development and further enhancement of the customer experience.

As a part of the restructuring program, OpusCapita started cooperation negotiations in several of its operating countries. OpusCapita estimated personnel reductions to affect a maximum of 20 positions in Finland with a similar amount in other countries altogether. Personnel negotiations have been now finalized in all countries and the actual impact of the reduced personnel was 14 positions in Finland, and another 14 positions across all other countries.

The lower than estimated number of reductions is due to some persons having transferred internally within the Group, some role changes and finding alternative sources of saving.
