Peter Ervasalo has been appointed to lead Posti’s operations in Sweden (Senior Vice President) and will join Posti Group’s Leadership Team. He will assume his duties on October 28, 2024.
Ervasalo transitions to Posti from his role as CEO of DHL Express in Sweden, where he was also a member of the European management team. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, having previously worked at DHL since 2008 and held positions at TNT and UPS, among others.
Aligned with its current strategy, Posti will focus on parcel services, as well as warehousing and logistics services, in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic countries.

In addition to his new role as CEO of Sweden, Ervasalo has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service positions.

Posti currently operates in Sweden and Norway under the Aditro Logistics brand. Per Zandrén, CEO of Aditro Logistics in Sweden for three years, stepped down in June this year. Posti’s Sweden’s operations are currently being managed by CFO Martin Nilsson on an interim basis. Aditro Logistics, which has been part of Posti since spring 2020, is one of the leading contract logistics companies in the Nordic countries and employs approximately 1,200 logistics professionals. In total, Posti Group employs approximately 17,000 professionals in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
