OpusCapita has today announced that it will start cooperation negotiations in its Finance and Accounting Outsourcing business unit in Finland in order to develop current operations to meet the market demand and customer needs.
With planned new operating model OpusCapita aims at improving unit's cost efficiency and service quality by simplifying processes, reducing overlaps and number of personnel. The aim is to achieve annual savings of EUR 1.7 million as of the second quarter in 2017.
The target group covers 126 employees in Finland. According to a preliminary estimate, the reduction need is a maximum of 43 employees. The negotiations concern the following sites in Finland: Espoo, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Tampere and Turku.
The negotiations will start on August 9, 2016 and are estimated to last six weeks. Possible changes and layoffs are planned to be accomplished by the end of 2016.
