Managing Responsibility

Corporate responsibility is part of our daily work and management. In our company, management is based on our values: succeeding together with the customer, driving for improvement and innovation, taking responsibility, and winning together. Good management supports the achievement of these targets and fosters a positive work atmosphere.

Posti’s corporate responsibility principles are based on the company’s values. The principles of the UN Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have been taken into account in the alignment of Posti’s corporate responsibility.

We require our partners to comply with the principles Posti has outlined for corporate responsibility.

We monitor the results of our corporate responsibility work and report them in our sustainability report and according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Corporate responsibility is the responsibility of our Vice President, Stakeholder Relations, who is a member of the Management Board.
