The Extraordinary General Meeting of Posti Group was held on December 2, 2021, in Helsinki.
Heli Järvinen was elected as a new member and the Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting. Furthermore, the General Meeting accepted Atte Harjanne’s, MP, resignation from the Supervisory Board.
After the changes, the Supervisory Board comprises the following members: Aki Lindén (Chair), Heli Järvinen (Deputy Chair) ja Sari Essayah, Eeva Kalli, Kimmo Kiljunen, Mia Laiho, Rami Lehto, Pia Lohikoski, Mari Rantanen, Veronica Rehn-Kivi, Ari Torniainen ja Paula Werning.
