OpusCapita has completed cooperation negotiations in digitizing and printing operations in Finland

OpusCapita has completed the cooperation negotiations started on 24 April 2017 to reorganize its digitizing and printing operations in the Document and Transaction Processing business unit in Finland.

The objective to reorganize the digitizing and printing operations in Helsinki is to improve profitability as well as to adapt operations to changed market conditions due to declining volumes.

The scope of cooperation negotiations included 69 permanent employees in total in Finland. As a result of the negotiations the reduction based on financial and production grounds is 15 permanent positions. The reductions will be accomplished by end of 2017. OpusCapita will provide redeployment services for the personnel who will be laid off.
