Itella Corporation and the management of Logia Software Oy have today finalized a transaction according to the letter of intent signed in August, 19, 2013. Itella will sell its subsidiary, Logia Software, to its management, Managing Director Markku Kokko and Business Unit Manager Seppo Marjamäki.
The planned transaction is part of renewing Itella's ICT operating model, which started in spring 2013. In April, Itella announced that it will renew its ICT operating model and signed an extensive partnership agreement with IBM.
The contract price will not be published by the parties to the trade. Itella will continue as Logia Software's customer after the transaction.
