Itella Information handling Polkomtel sales invoices

Telecommunication operator Polkomtel S.A. and financial process company Itella Information Sp. z o.o. have signed a deal for Itella Information to manage Polkomtel’s sales invoices. Itella Information will handle the sales invoices for Polkomtel including printing and enveloping to customers.

Polkomtel S.A. is one of the biggest mobile phone operators in Poland. It offers services under five brand names: Plus, Simplus, Sami Swoi, iPlus and MixPlus. Plus covers 99% of Poland and provides services to almost 14 million customers. Itella Information offers services to companies in the field of purchase and sales invoice management and financial and accounting processes. Itella operates in 15 European countries, handling millions of invoices on behalf of its customers monthly.

One aspect of an efficient and cost-saving process is automation and the possibility of using e-invoicing. Polkomtel is also investigating the possibility of sending e-invoices in the future.
