Itella Group acquires the entire capital stock of OpusCapita Group Oy, based in Tampere, Finland. The firm is specialized in the automation of cash processes and has 134 employees in Helsinki, Tampere, Stockholm and Copenhagen. OpusCapita will be part of Itella Information business group.
The services of Itella Information cover entire financial management of customer companies from purchase to pay, order to cash and to as the most extensive option, the entire financial management and payroll. The offering of OpusCapita will strengthen Itella's competence in financial management processes. As a result of the transaction, Itella will be capable of providing its customers with innovative added-value services related to the automation of financial management processes.
