The service disruption is due to an update carried out in the system of the Population Register Center.
The disruption only concerns the aforementioned time intervals, and during the rest of hours on said days, change of address notifications may be submitted online. On Monday, November 27 after 2 p.m., the notification may be submitted again at Posti customer service.
