Disruptions in phone and online service for change of address notifications on November 13 and 15

The customer service number of Posti will be unable to receive change of address notifications on Saturday, November 13, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and on Monday, November 15, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. During these points of time, it will not be possible to submit online change of address notifications either. The service disruption is due to an update carried out in the system of the Population Register Center.

The disruption only concerns the aforementioned time intervals, and during the rest of hours on said days, change of address notifications may be submitted online. On Monday, November 15 after 2 p.m., the notification may be submitted again at Posti customer service. Posti Customer Service, tel. 0200 71000 (local/mobile call rate) will help you with change of address notifications as usual Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sat 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
