Itella Information and Cramo, a machine and equipment rental company, have concluded a contract on the handling of Cramo Group's outbound and inbound invoices. Itella will handle the comprehensive processing of Cramo's sales and purchase invoices in as many as ten countries. This cooperation will be launched in the Nordic countries, with the intention of expanding later into the Central and Eastern European countries in which Cramo operates. With Itella's help, Cramo can receive electronic invoices that are compatible with its own systems. Itella will make the necessary modifications to the e-invoices so that they can be handled in Cramo's purchase invoice processing system. Printed invoices will be scanned by Itella. Itella will deliver Cramo's sales invoices to customers, either as e-invoices or traditional printed invoices. For an international company, it was important to find a partner that was able to handle both printed and electronic invoice flows in different countries.

Cramo has a total of 300 offices in the Nordic countries, the Baltic countries, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Itella Information offers invoicing and document management services in 14 countries. At the moment, Itella is expanding in Russia and Central Europe, in particular.
